Iken Matreal Wallace, 21, of the 700 block of Factory St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Aug. 19 and charged with six counts of armed robbery, discharging a firearm into a dwelling, felony forced breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, and possession of stolen goods. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of $365,000 secured bond.
Charles Lamont Gregory, 21, of the 100 block of Glade St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Aug. 19 and charged with four counts of armed robbery, discharging a firearm into a dwelling, felony forced breaking and entering, larceny after a breaking and entering, and possession of stolen goods. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of $265,000 secured bond.
Nelson Preciado, 21, of the 1600 block of Main St. Ext., Elizabeth City, was arrested Aug. 19 and charged with felony possession with intent to sell or distribute marijuana and felony maintaining a dwelling for the sale or delivery of a controlled substance. He was released on a written promise to appear in court.
Pete Brown, 52, of the 1500 block of River Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested Aug. 19 and charged with felony possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of $2,500 secured bond.
Daniel Alexander Steffelli, 20, of the 1700 block of Edgewood Drive, Elizabeth City, was arrested Aug. 19 and charged with two counts of felony obtain property by false pretenses, and possession and consumption of alcohol under the age of 21. He was released on $2,000 unsecured bond.
Currituck Sheriff
Samantha Leigh Wartenbee, 19, of the 100 block of Nautical Lane, Currituck, was arrested June 29 and charged with failure to appear in court and resisting a public officer. A $2,000 secured bond was set.
David Allen Speller, 30, of the 300 block of Hardy Ave., Norfolk, Va., was arrested June 29 and charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or distribute a schedule I controlled substance; no operators license; maintaining a place to sell or deliver a controlled substance; and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $1,500 secured bond was set.
Travis Leshawn Hardy, 27, of the 300 block of Curtis St., Norfolk, Va., was arrested June 29 and charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver a schedule I controlled substance; possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine; and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $4,000 secured bond was set.
