Elizabeth City Police

Deonte Latifa Stokley, 23, of the 100 block of Widgeon Court, Elizabeth City, was arrested March 12 and charged with felony possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was confined at Albemarle District Jail in lieu of a $1,000 secured bond.

Christine Foster, 29, of the 300 block of Chapel St., A, Hampton, Va., was arrested March 13 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $500 secured bond was set.

Christy Bell Cudworth, 37, of the 100 block of Oak Grove Ave., Elizabeth City, was arrested March 13 and charged with possession of stolen goods, misdemeanor larceny and failure to appear in court as required. She was confined at ADJ in lieu of a $7,500 secured bond.

Clifford George Callahan, 47, of the 1700 block of Edgewood Drive, Elizabeth City, was issued a criminal summons March 13 for writing a worthless check. No bond was set.

Pasquotank Sheriff

Donnell Stokley Jr., 28, of the 100 block of Tiff Lane, Elizabeth City, was arrested March 7 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $1,000 cash bond was set.

Darris Lafonda Gibbs, 53, of the 200 block of Roanoke Ave., Elizabeth City, was arrested March 7 and charged with vandalism of personal property. A $500 secured bond was set.

James Steven Christian, 57, of the 1300 block of Brothers Lane, Elizabeth City, was arrested March 7 and charged with driving while license is revoked. A $400 secured bond was set.

Jonathan Ernest Rankin, 28, of the 600 block of Body Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested March 7 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $500 secured bond was set.

Currituck Sheriff

Greg Richard Battaglia, 35, of the 900 block of Eighth Ave., Kill Devil Hills, was arrested March 11 and charged with weapon possession by a felon. A $3,000 secured bond was set.

Stanley Wayne Twiford, 49, of the 120 block of Tuggle Road, Moyock, was arrested March 12 and charged with assault on a female and communicating threats. A $5,000 bond was set.

Kevin Ryan Shaw, 30, of the 120 block of Bens Bonanza, Barco, was arrested March 12 and charged with injury to real property. A $500 secured bond was set.

Randy Darnell Roache Jr., 18, of the 110 block of Church St., Moyock, was arrested March 12 and charged with first-degree trespassing. A $500 secured bond was set.

Richard Thomas Idec, 40, of the 730 block of N.C. Highway 343, Camden, was arrested March 13 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $219 bond was set.

Arnold Wayne Haislip Jr., 32, of the 120 block of Meads Road, Shawboro, was arrested March 13 and charged with felony probation violation. A $25,000 bond was set.
