Tysheem Dashaun Commander, 19, of the 400 block of New Jersey Ave., Elizabeth City, was cited on Oct. 25 for possession of alcohol while being under 21 years of age.

James Marvin Poole, 28, of the 1400 block of Cooke St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Oct. 25 and charged with resisting arrest and driving while license is revoked. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Charles Javon Riddick, 30, of the 400 block of Delaware Ave., Elizabeth City, was arrested Oct. 25 and charged with felony common law robbery and felony assault inflicting serious injury. A $25,000 secured bond was set.

Quaysean Marquis Beasley, 20, of the 200 block of Oak Grove Ave., Elizabeth City, was arrested Oct. 25 and charged with felony larceny. A $2,000 secured bond was set.

James Alexander Harcum, 53, of the 600 block of Cedar St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Oct. 26 and charged with two counts of failure to appear in court as required. A $2,000 secured bond was set.

Kevin Mays, 49, homeless, was served with a criminal summons on Oct. 26 for second degree trespass.

Daletron Tyrell Cowell, 20, of the 300 block of Ivy Neck Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested Oct. 26 and charged with possession of less than 1/2 ounces of schedule VI of a controlled substance.

Milton Lee Barcliff Jr., 27, of the 300 block of Westover St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Oct. 26 and charged with violation of valid protective order.

Shamel Jaquan Page, 23, of the 500 block of Crooked Run Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with felony speed to elude arrest, driving while license is revoked, and careless and reckless driving. A $2,800 secured bond was set.

Willie White I, 50, of the 500 block of Crooked Run Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with false report to officer. A $500 secured bond was set.

Caylin Marie Jarvis, 23, of the 100 block of Amanda Court, Elizabeth City, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with assault with intent to kill inflicting serious injury. A $500 unsecured bond was set.

Jennifer Leigh White, 31, of the 900 block of Parsonage St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with misdemeanor larceny and possession of stolen goods. A $500 secured bond was set.

Roger William Stanley, 48, of the 900 block of Tuscarora Ave., Elizabeth City, was cited on Oct. 28 for simple assault.

Vonderrick Quinshon Tillet, 30, of the 600 block of Woodland Church Road, Hertford, was cited on Oct. 28 for possession of less than one and 1/2 ounces of schedule VI of a controlled substance and open container of alcohol after consuming.

Nicole Elizabeth London, 27, of the 100 block of Zack Circle, Elizabeth City, was arrested Oct. 29 and charged with driving while impaired.

Clinton Donta Miller, 30, of the 400 block of Calvert St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Oct. 29 and charged with larceny by employees. A $1,500 secured bond was set.

Hilary Smith Hodges, 27, of the 600 block of Champlain St., Hamlet, was arrested Oct. 30 and charged with two counts of failure to appear in court as required. A $1,500 secured bond was set.

Amy Lynn Dail, 34, of the 1200 block of Northside Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested Oct. 26 and charged with misdemeanor larceny. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Haywood Ephraim Ward, 47, of the 700 block of Tulls Creek Road, Moyock, was arrested Oct. 26 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $2,000 secured bond was set.

Lance Devon White, 35, of the 1400 block of River Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested Oct. 26 and charged with civil contempt of court, child support.

Ronald Ernest Ostrom, 46, of the 100 block of N. Keller Lane, Grandy, was arrested Oct. 26 and charged with injury to real property, second degree trespass and attempt to commit misdemeanor. A $20,000 secured bond was set.

Kevin Brian Harris, 41, of the 100 block of Vincent Drive, Moyock, was arrested Oct. 26 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $100 secured bond was set.

Sabrina Bunny Tazewell, 37, of the 100 block of Evans St., Grandy, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with driving while impaired and operating ATV on public roadway. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Jeffrey Alan Chrisman, 26, of the 100 block of Simpson Road, Barco, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $500 secured bond was set.

Gary Lee Brooks, 29, of the 400 block of Northwest Backwoods Road, Moyock, was arrested Oct. 29 and charged with fugitive. A $120,000 secured bond was set.
