Crimewatch: Oct. 8-16

Pasquotank Sheriff

Kenneth Bland Lewis Jr., 60, of the 900 block of Cedar Point Circle, Elizabeth City, was arrested Oct. 11 and charged with three counts of failure to appear in court as required. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Michael Cory Owens, 20, of the 600 block of Pitts Chapel Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested Oct. 11 and charged with misdemeanor larceny and possession of stolen goods. A $500 unsecured bond was set.

Barbara Jean Felton, 30, of the 800 block of Shillington Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested Oct. 11 and charged with simple assault.

John Dale Cooley, 37, of the 2200 block of Main Street Extended, Elizabeth City, was arrested Oct. 12 and charged with assault by pointing a gun. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.

Camden Sheriff

James Leroy Parks, 45, of the 1400 block of N.C. Highway 343 South, Shiloh, was served with a criminal summons on Oct. 13 for writing a worthless check.

Terry Lavell Ingram, 29, of the 200 block of West Church St., Camden, was arrested Oct. 12 and charged with assault on female and injury to personal property. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail for 48 hours.

Jason Omar Bradley, 30, of the 1300 block of U.S. Highway South, Elizabeth City, was served with a criminal summons on Oct. 12 for writing a worthless check.

Brian Keith McCoy, 42, of the 100 block of Community Drive, South Mills, was arrested Oct. 10 and charged with two counts of failure to appear in court for outstanding child support warrants. A $1450 secured bond was set.

Rosemary Crystal Kee, 49, of the 400 block of East Burgess St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Oct. 8 and charged with driving while impaired and driving while license is revoked. A $500 unsecured bond was set.

Leon Ralph Allen, 51, of the 6800 block of Pecan Lane, Manns Harbor, was arrested Oct. 10 and charged with misdemeanor larceny. A $2,000 unsecured bond was set.

Currituck Sheriff

Joan Audrey Banks, 30, of the 400 block of North Spot Road, Powells Point, was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with breaking and entering and felony larceny. A $10,000 secured bond was set.

Myles Carmen Ogilvie, 50, of the 3000 block of  Kline Road, Jacksonville, Fla., was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with driving while impaired and possessing an open container of alcohol after consuming alcohol. A $5,000 secured bond was set.

Scott Andrew Orcutt, 36, of the 130 block of North Point Blvd., Moyock, was arrested Oct. 14 and charged with assault on a female. A $500 bond was set.

Thomas Lee Kasmark, 51, of the 300 block of Caratoke Highway, Moyock, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with failure to appear in court as required on a misdemeanor charge. A $2,500 secured bond was set.

Daniel James Coen, 19, of the 1200 block of Nauticus Circle, Virginia Beach, Va., was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with breaking and entering, domestic criminal trespass, injury to real property, felony cruelty to animals and injury to personal property.

Robert Lanny Bost, 66, of the 2000 block of Enon Church Road, Salisbury, was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with assault by pointing a gun. A $2,000 secured bond was set.

Brian Kenneth Wise, 38, of the 1300 block of Seaboard Ave., Elizabeth City, was arrested  Oct. 15 and charged with driving while license revoked, driving without liability insurance and driving a vehicle with an altered registration card. A $1,500 bond was set.

Maria Nicole Carter, 18, of the 100 block of Trout Court, Grandy, was arrested Oct. 16 and charged with driving after consuming alcohol while under 21 and driving a motorcycle without a helmet. A $500 secured bond was set.

Beth Coville, 23, of the 100 block of Midway Drive, Grandy, was arrested Oct. 16 and charged with failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge. A $500 secured bond was set.

Scott Andrew Orcutt, 36, of the 100 block of North Point Blvd., Moyock, was arrested Oct. 16 and charged with felony possession of schedule VI of a controlled substance, maintaining a place for the possession of a controlled substance, manufacturing schedule VI of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $4,000 bond was set.
