Deams Bradbury Smith, II, 23, of the 100 block of Wedgewood Drive, Moyock, was arrested. Oct. 29 and charged with driving while license revoked.

George Avery Schackelford, Sr., 50, of the 100 block of Dogwood Drive, Moyock, was arrested. Oct. 30 and charged with assault on female. A $2,000 secured bond was set.

William Patrick Frezza, 24, of the 100 block of Marshy Ridge Road, Kill Devil Hills, was arrested Oct. 30 and charged with possession drug paraphernalia and of less than 1 and 1/2 ounces of schedule VI of a controlled substance. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Sarah Geodin Baker, 26, of the 100 block of Marshy Ridge Road, Kill Devil Hills, was arrested Oct. 30 and charged with possession drug paraphernalia and of less than 1 and 1/2 ounces of schedule VI of a controlled substance. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

David Lee Jones, Jr., of the 100 block of Mack Jones Road, Moyock, was arrested Oct. 30 and charged with driving while impaired and left of the center.

Felicia Lynette Gillard, 25 of the 500 block of Grandy Road, Grandy, was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with larceny by employee. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Erin Leigh Newton, 28, of the 100 block of Leeward Drive, Grandy, was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with possession of less than 1 and 1/2 ounces of schedule VI of a controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule II of a controlled substance, possession of schedule II of a controlled substance and maintaining place for controlled substance. A $10,000 secured bond was set.

Kirk Lamar Bowe, 25, of the 100 block of Leeward, Grandy, was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with possession of less than 1 and 1/2 ounces of schedule VI of a controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule II of a controlled substance, possession of schedule II of a controlled substance and maintaining place for controlled substance. A $10,000 secured bond was set.

William Jesse Deatley, 24, of the 200 block of Logan Ave., Portsmouth, was arrested Nov. 1 and charged with driving while impaired and driving while license is revoked. A $1,500 secured bond was set.

Juli Ann Caprio, 24, of the 100 block of Mallard St., Grandy, was arrested Nov. 1 and charged with first degree trespass and disorderly conduct. A $2,000 secured bond was set.

Emily Ann Lyons, 23, of the 40 block of Bebe Lane, Ocracoke, was arrested Nov. 1 and charged with possession of less than 1 and 1/2 ounces of schedule VI and schedule I of controlled substances and possessing drug paraphernalia. A $2,500 secured bond was set.

David Ronald Gannon, 52, of the 8400 block of Cape View Ave., Norfolk, Va., was arrested Nov. 1 and charged with assault on female and interfering with emergency communication. A $500 bond was set.

Christina L. Corey, 41, of the 100 block of Deerfield Lane, Aydlett, was arrested Nov. 1 and charged with simple assault.

Marta Santilla, 30, of the 100 block of Woodhouse Drive, Grandy, was arrested Nov. 1 and charged with failure to return rented property.

Johnny L. Coburn, Jr., 23, of the 100 block of East Gibbs Road, Knotts Island, was arrested Nov. 2 and charged with civil contempt of court, child support.

Fawnette Michelle Honeycutt, 46, of the 100 block of Wedgewood Drive, Moyock, was arrested Nov. 3 and charged with two counts of writing worthless checks. A $500 secured bond was set.

Kenneth James Bettinger, 49, of the 100 block of Meadow Lake Circle, Jarvisburg, was arrested Nov. 3 and charged with communicating threats.

Dillon Michael Cooper, 18, of the 200 block of Maple Road, Maple, was arrested Nov. 5 and charged with assault on female, possession of less than 1 and 1/2 ounces of schedule VI of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
