For the Pasquotank boys basketball team, Tuesday’s 65-22 demolition of First Flight in the first round of the Northeastern Coastal Conference tournament wasn’t necessarily about showing Northeastern — tonight’s semifinal opponent —  that the Panthers are a team to be reckoned with.
