Walks To Remember: Patience at plate pays for Placzek

“I feel like I’ve got a pretty good eye up there, and as a leadoff hitter this summer, you’ve got to do everything you can to make that pitch count go up for the whole game. Even through high school and I hit two-hole this past spring for (Nebraska) and had 30-plus walks. It’s been part of my game pretty much my whole life.”
