Elizabeth City police have arrested and charged a local man with murder in connection with another man’s death Wednesday night.

Gabriel Boyd Sellers, 20, of the 100 block of Chappell Garden Drive, is charged with murder in the death of David Reider Geyer, 42, of the same address, police said.
