Perquimans schools’ bands, best small town band in all the land, will be performing its winter concert “Holiday Spectacular” at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 10 in the Pirates’ auditorium.

Perquimans schools’ winter concert will take place at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 10 at the high school auditorium.

High school and middle school bands will combine – first time they’ve done that in many moons – for the Perquimans County Bands “Holiday Spectacular” with a surprise at the end of the concert.

There will be a Food and Toy Drive at the door, and donations to the band are welcome. Performances by the High School Concert Band, Marching Band, Middle School Bands, Percussion Ensemble, and several Small Ensembles will be performed at the event.

“It should be an absolute blast, and we are going all out,” Pirates’ band Director Evan Copeland said. “We would love to see everyone from the community come out and enjoy a festive evening with the Perquimans County bands.”
