As we enter a new year, our lives will bring about many choices to make and our responses to the many temptations that will confront us. Life is full of options. We make them from the earliest years of our life until the day we die.
The Scriptures are filled with God’s wisdom and instruction for living. As we begin a new year, I think about one such nugget of wisdom that God breathed into His word—insight that can transform this new year into the kind of year He desires for you and me.

Several years ago, I was quite ill with gastrointestinal issues, fevers up to 104.5 degrees, lethargy, significantly elevated blood pressure readings, and debilitating fatigue.
