CREEDMOOR — The Camden baseball team defeated South Granville 6-3 in a 10-inning Game 1 of the 2A NCHSAA Eastern Regional Championship Series Tuesday night for yet another road victory this postseason.

It is the second straight time the No. 21 Bruins (18-9) have used extra innings to win a game this postseason and they are now just one win away from reaching the state championship.
